11.1. Environmental data disseminated on the Site
The environmental data disseminated on the Site come from measuring stations operated by the operating Client, which has chosen to make some of its data accessible to the public in compliance with the provisions of the Environmental Code.
Produced by the equipment and solutions supplied by ECOMESURE, these data remain under the responsibility of the operating Client with regard to their dissemination and use. The operating Client retains the rights granted to it under the contractual agreements concluded with ECOMESURE. The data therefore remain the exclusive property of the operating Client, and making them available to the public entails no transfer of ownership or exploitation rights to the Users of the Site.
The data disseminated on the Site are provided for strictly informational purposes and have no enforceable value. They may not be used as a normative reference, as the basis for an administrative, regulatory, health-related or technical decision, nor as evidence in amicable, administrative or judicial proceedings.
The operating Client does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information disseminated. Discrepancies, errors, interruptions or unavailability may occur, in particular due to technical constraints, maintenance operations or contingencies related to the measuring systems.
The operating Client reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt the dissemination of all or part of the data at any time, without notice.
11.2. Reuse of the data
Any reuse, reproduction or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the information disseminated on the Site, within the framework of these GTU, must imperatively include the following mention: "Source: EcomDisplay".
Any publication, public dissemination, media communication or scientific or commercial exploitation using the disseminated data must comply with these conditions and may not modify, alter or present these data in a manner likely to mislead the public as to their origin, meaning or scope, nor harm the image or reputation of the operating Client or of Paris–Beauvais Airport.
The disseminated data may only be interpreted in the light of their collection methodology, their measurement context, their location, their date and time of capture, and the technical constraints and limits specific to the equipment and systems used. Any use or analysis of these data carried out without taking these parameters into account is performed under the sole responsibility of its author.
The operating Client may under no circumstances be held liable for interpretations, analyses, publications, studies, works or direct or indirect consequences resulting from the use or reuse of the disseminated data, in particular when carried out without its prior consent.
Paris–Beauvais Airport cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for interpretations and intellectual work, various publications, or any work using its measurements, for which it has not given prior approval. The published data remain the property of Paris–Beauvais Airport and may be shared with other recipients (Articles L. 122-1 and L. 122-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
